Shipping

Shipping in Canada

Shipping across Canada is Free with a purchase of $125 or more or a flat rate of $14.50 for purchases under $125. Shipments are sent via Canada Post  or UPS regular ground service and can take between 2-10 business days to receive. 

 

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused, the customer is responsible to pay to reship the package. Please ensure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect once it has been sent.

Once the courier has completed the delivery, the package is the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer world wide shipping. If you do not see your area, feel free to email us at info@backstagecosmetics.ca and we will provide you with the details. 

 

 

Duties

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and other charges based on the country of entry. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional charges incurred.

Flammable/Dangerous Goods

Orders that have items which are flammable or considered a dangerous good can only be shipped via ground service due to air transit regulations. 

 

Returns

For the safety of our customers and your clients, we cannot accept returns at this time. 

Discrepancy Claims

All discrepancy claims must be made within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise.

Once the courier has completed the delivery, the package is the responsibility of the recipient.
