What currency are prices displayed in?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. If you do not see shipping rates for your location, please send us an email to info@backstagecosmetics.ca and we will provide you with shipping rates for your area.

Will I be charged duties on my shipments?

All orders outside of Canada are subject to duties and taxes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

For the safety of our customers and their clients, we are unable to accept returns at this time.

What happens when my order is returned to you due to an incorrect address or was not picked up at your local depot before the return date?

If your package is returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or was not picked up at your local depot before the return date, your order will be restocked, and you’ll receive a gift card for the value of the order minus shipping costs to and from the location provided. We will notify you, and you'll need to place the order again with the correct address.
