Returns
For the safety of you and your clients, at this time we are unable to accept refunds. All sales are final.
Gift cards for products and services are non-refundable.

If your package is returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or was not picked up at your local depot before the return date, your order will be restocked, and you’ll receive a credit for the value of the order minus shipping costs to and from the location provided. We will notify you, and you'll need to place the order again.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If items are damaged or incorrect when received please email us at info@backstagecosmetics.ca within 3 business days after you received your shipment. You will be provided with information on how to proceed with the exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
