Shipping Policy
Shipping in Canada
- Free shipping is available on orders of $125 or more before applicable taxes.
- Orders under $125 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $14.50.
- Standard delivery generally takes 2–10 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
During holiday weekends, sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders do not ship or deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.
For expedited orders, the cutoff time is 2:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to Backstage Cosmetics because it was refused by the recipient, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or change the shipping address.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact Backstage Cosmetics as soon as possible.
We will work with you and the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps. Please retain the original packaging and any damaged items, as they may be required as part of the carrier's investigation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or marked delivered, Backstage Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages.
